Great location and family room was really nice with seperated 2nd bed area (with it's own TV).
Pool is in the spa next door and was only available for those over 16 (so kids could not use). Only one staff member on duty so had to wait extended times for them to get off the phone in order to get help.

I am in a sort disapointed for the poor services i.e absence of aminities, tissu paper in the bathrooms, 15 euros for a very basic breakfast, only one access to the gym. I would recommend the hotel to review their policy to assure clients come back. Thank you for your concern

room design and comfort, bathroom shower, 1 day spa it offers on the near gym, location
sewer smell in our bathroom, the fact that all hotel facilities (including the terrace with sagrada familia view) are from the gym aside and you have to pay to use it.

i liked the design of our room,especially the bathroom,also the cleanless of my room.the location of the hotel, very close to Sagrada Familia.one street to the metro,so we could use metro very often, even at midnights.
to drink a cup of tea or coffee in the room costs 1€,it should be free of charge and the breakfast was not special,but too expensive.shampoo,bath foam,body milk could be free of charge,too.

Staff was very kind;pretty design-hotel; very nice pool and sauna + view at Sagrada Familia (from roof top, but only with entry for spa /13€ per day - this is just included for one day)
The noise from the fitness-studio on the second floor - nothing for people who want to relax
